Which iPhone models does it work with?
CubicScreen is compatible with iPhone 15 Pro, 15 Pro Max, 16 Pro, 16 Pro Max, and iPhone 17. Other iPhone models and Android devices are not supported at this time.
Will it affect my normal 2D apps or videos?
No. In 2D mode, your phone works exactly the same — apps, photos, and videos remain sharp, bright, and responsive. The filter is designed to be invisible when you’re not using 3D.
Is it safe for my eyes?
Yes. The CubicScreen app automatically adapts depth and alignment in real time, eliminating the eye strain and headaches often caused by one size-fits-all 3D technologies. It’s designed for natural, comfortable viewing.
How do I install and calibrate it?
Installation takes just a few minutes. Simply apply the CubicScreen filter to your iPhone and follow the guided steps in the app. Calibration is automatic, and a mirror tool included in the box helps ensure perfect alignment.
What content can I view in 3D?
You can view your spatial photos and videos captured on supported iPhones. New features and formats will be added with app updates.
Why do I need the app?
The app works together with the screen filter to create the glasses-free 3D experience. It uses CubicSpace’s adaptive 3D engine to adjust depth and alignment for a smooth, natural experience.
What’s included in the box?
Each package includes your CubicScreen filter, a calibration mirror, and a setup guide with QR code to download the app. Everything you need to get started is inside.
Is it compatible with phones that had their screen replaced?
CubicScreen is designed for original Apple displays only. It may not work properly on devices with third-party or replaced screens.
Do you ship internationally and how long does delivery take?
Yes. We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada, with more regions coming soon. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on location.
What is your return or warranty policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy following delivery if you are not satisfied, as well as a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Does it work with phone cases or screen protectors?
Yes, most slim cases are compatible. However, you should remove any other screen protector before applying CubicScreen for the best results.
Can I still use FaceID and other iPhone functions normally?
Absolutely. FaceID, touch responsiveness, and all your iPhone’s normal functions work exactly as before. CubicScreen doesn’t interfere with day-to-day use.
