Every package is prepared with care, shipped from Midland, Georgia and tracked from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your door. Below, you’ll find answers to the most common questions about our shipping process.
How fast will my order be shipped?
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) are generally shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be shipped the next business day.
What is the current stock status?
Absolutely. Our inventory system is synchronised in real time. If you can add the item to your basket, it means it is physically present in our warehouse and ready to be yours.
Where do you ship from? Which carriers do you use?
Your parcel will be shipped directly from our partner's facility in Atlanta, Georgia. We primarily use USPS for our deliveries, but we also work with DHL for certain shipments to ensure the best service.
When will I receive my tracking number?
You’ll receive your tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. It may take up to 2 business days for the tracking number to activate. If it hasn’t moved after 5 business days, please contact our support team.
How long will delivery take?
5-7 Business for Continental United States and 7-10 Days for Canada
Refunds and returns
We accept returns of unopened items within 30 days of delivery. If your product is still in its original sealed packaging, we can take it back. If you have already opened the product but are experiencing a technical issue or defect, please contact us directly at support@cubicscreen.com so we can assist you.

Yes. Pre-order items will ship as soon as stock becomes available. Estimated timelines will be shown on the product page.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 business days of the estimated delivery, please contact support and we’ll help resolve it.
